Hereafter you will find practical information considering the upcoming Condition.2015 Conservation and Digitalization conference.

We have already closed the registration process. Please read carefully an important information below.

Official registration during the Conference

Official registration will begin at 8am on Tuesday 19th May 2015 and Thursday 21st May for conservation and digitization part respectively. Delegates who have registered only for the second day of either conservation and digitization part of the conference (20 and 22 May) will have assistance provided at Registration desk. The conference will be opened at 9am on 19th May (Tuesday) and 21st May (Thursday) by Director of the National Maritime Museum in Gdańsk and representative of Partnership Institutions and the Chair of the Programme Committee. At Registration desk there will be an opportunity to obtain appropriate signatures for delegation purposes.

The Programme is now finalized and can be found on the conference website: https://condition.2015.nmm.pl/program/.
 
Conference dinner

We would like to invite our participants and Speakers to the Conference dinner. It will take place on 19th and 21th May for the registered participants. The exact place and time will be given at Registration desk. We are in the process of finalizing the last details with our venues, so if you have any dietary requirements please get in touch with the Organization Committee (condition.2015@nmm.pl) as soon as possible and let us know what these are, so we can make sure that we cater for your specific needs. The dress code is smart casual.

 
Visit to the Conservation Department of the National Maritime Museum in Gdańsk

This event is optional. The delegates will have an opportunity to visit the Conservation Department situated in the Maritime Culture Centre – one of the branches of the National Maritime Museum in Gdańsk. Delegates should be at pick up point in vicinity of Grannaries close “Motława” ferry at 4pm for 4.15pm departure. The maximum number of delegates for each tour is 20. We kindly ask you to send confirmation to the Organization Committee (condition.2015@nmm.pl) whether you would like to visit the department on 19th or 20th May.
