Types of presentations

The allowed speaking time for presentation will be 20 minutes. In conservation part of the conference time for discussion after presentations is expected to be 5 minutes while in digitization part discussion will be conducted after each session. All speakers are requested to prepare presentations in file formats supported by Microsoft PowerPoint 2013. A template of the presentation is under preparation.

Deadline for sending presentations is due 5th May 2015. Presentation files should be sent to: condition.2015@nmm.pl. In a situation when a presentation is larger than 20MB speakers are kindly asked to contact organisers of the conference using above e-mail, with a request to provide possibility to upload the file directly onto the museum server. In such cases you will be provided with an access to ftp server for purposes of sending the presentation.

Please send the presentation in one of the following formats: .ppt, .pptx or .odp. Please make sure that the the file name includes number of the presentation assigned by the organisers and surname of the presenting author (example: “1234_Kowalski”).

If you will not be able to send the file as requested, the presentation must be delivered on at the Condition.2015 registration desk until 18:00 the day before the respective session.
